So, you want to get into running

  How do I even start?  Running is an activity that causes a lot of physical stress on the body. Figuring out why you want to start running is a great start from wanting to be more active, to health reasons, or for your mental, or maybe even training for a 5k, 10k, half marathon to even a full marathon. Whenever you figure this out that's' when all the fun stuff could happen. Proper Gear Running gear is super crucial. Not having proper running gear could lead to minor and major injuries.
